Now is the time to capture life’s priceless stories.  Don't wait until it's too late.  From generation to generation, family stories are told but rarely preserved, fading as the years go by.  Voices In Time ensures those stories are not lost.  Think of a Voices in Time session like a guided conversation where we help draw out special stories from your life.  There's something of the soul captured in the human voice.

Relax and Enjoy

Many guests have an initial apprehension.  Our job is to comfort and assure you that we guide you through this relaxed, enjoyable conversation like you might have on a long car trip or a leisurely stroll.  You'll be surprised how quickly the memories and stories start to flow. We will work with you and your family members before the recording to walk you through the process. We will put you at ease and guide you through the recording session with helpful prompts and questions.

Sessions

The recordings are AUDIO ONLY – so no worries about a camera! Sessions can be done in your home or remotely. We can help you decide which works best for you. One recording session lasts approximately 90 minutes.  Recording a series of sessions allows you to go into greater detail, and provides time to reflect between recordings to ensure we capture all the stories that come to mind.  If you are limited to one session, we help you prioritize which periods to cover.
